To guarantee the hygiene of all our products, such as sex toys and lingerie, we equip them with a hygiene seal (plastic film or KissKiss.ch labels) which certifies that the item is new and has never been opened.
Unfortunately, if this seal is damaged or removed, we cannot accept the return of the product. This precaution is essential, as maintaining hygiene is our absolute priority.
