Yes, it is only possible to delete your order history if you also delete your KissKiss.ch customer account. To do this, please contact us either by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or by telephone on +41 27 203 40 37 during our opening hours. We will then delete your KissKiss.ch customer account via your e-mail address as soon as possible.
If you change your mind, you can recreate a KissKiss.ch customer account at any time, but you will no longer have access to your order history.
Without a KissKiss.ch customer account:
Without a KissKiss.ch customer account, you do not have access to your order history.
