When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund has been authorised by our customer service department, you will be asked for your full bank details if your order was paid for by : Twint, credit card, PayPal, PostFinance or bank transfer. Once we have received your bank details, the refund will be processed immediately and will be available in your account within 24-48 hours.

If you have ordered by invoice, a credit note will be issued on the same invoice. You will automatically receive a corrected invoice from CembraPay.
