Delivery without signature:
We're sorry to hear that you still haven't received your order. If your order tracking shows that your order has been delivered, this means that the postman scanned your parcel when it was deposited in your letterbox or in its annexed compartment. This process is possible because you have selected the delivery option without a signature. The postman therefore has the right to deposit your parcel in your letterbox and we decline all responsibility in the event of theft of the parcel.
We advise you to check with your neighbors or your concierge to find out if someone else has accidentally received the parcel in your place. You can also contact your civil liability insurer, as some insurances cover parcel theft, so you can be compensated.
Delivery against signature:
For a delivery against signature, if the follow-up of your sending indicates that your order was delivered but that you still did not receive it, we thank you for contacting us as soon as possible, either by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or by telephone to +41 27 203 40 37 during our opening hours. We will then be able to ask the Post Office for more information about the delivery of your parcel.
