Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please let us know by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or by telephone on +41 27 203 40 37 as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to satisfy your request. If you have already received the goods and wish to cancel your order, a return request must be sent by e-mail: support@kisskiss.ch 

Cancellation concerns two different cases:

• Cancellation before dispatch: 

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, an administration fee will be charged (10% of the total amount of your order). This fee covers the cancellation costs and the costs of the payment service provider.

• Cancellation after dispatch: 

For order cancellations after dispatch, administrative and postal charges apply. These fees cover administrative and logistical costs. You can find full details of cancellation charges here.
