When you receive an e-mail from us informing you that your order is being processed, this means that one or more items in your order are not available in our stock. You will therefore need to wait a few days for us to receive your item from our supplier and dispatch it to you immediately.
In the event that the supplier takes longer than expected to deliver your missing items, we have the option of sending orders in part, i.e. in several shipments, at no extra cost to you.
It is also possible that your order is in "processing" status because the delivery address is incomplete. In this case, our customer service has already contacted you for further details, so please check your inbox.
