Once your order has been prepared and dispatched by our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your shipment. To track the status of your order, you can visit the La Poste website by clicking here.
On this platform, you will be able to consult the exact delivery information for your order.
If your tracking number does not work, this is normal. The tracking of your order only becomes active in the evening, when your parcel has been handed over to the Post Office and has been scanned at the sorting centre. The tracking will be updated at around 8pm and you will be able to follow your order until it is delivered.
Packages over 30kg or sent abroad are handled by UPS. But the principle remains the same: you can check the status of your parcel at any time by clicking here.
