In your customer account, you can access your order history to check the status of your orders.
- On hold: your order has been registered and will be processed as soon as possible.
- Being processed: your order has not been dispatched because a problem is preventing it from being sent. The most common reason for this is that one or more products in the order are out of stock.
- Pending: the final payment stage has not been completed, so the order is not complete.
- Canceled: your order has been canceled.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a postal tracking number. By clicking on the link provided, you can quickly access the delivery details.
