How does payment by wire transfer work?

This payment method is a little different from other payment methods, as we wait to receive your money before dispatching your order.

When you place your order, simply select the bank transfer payment method. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a PDF invoice by e-mail containing a QR code, so that you can make your payment. 

If payment is not made within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the PDF invoice does not open, you can either contact us by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or use our bank details as follows:

Please be sure to include the order number in the subject line of your payment, so that we can associate each payment with its corresponding order. 

As soon as we receive your payment, we will prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
