When do you send the order?

For items available in stock and for which the order is placed between Monday and Thursday before 5 p.m., we offer delivery within 24 hours, i.e. the next working day, except in the event of exceptional delays on the part of the delivery service provider. To ensure that your order is delivered on the next working day, you can opt for express delivery for an additional charge of CHF 19.90

If you place your order between Thursday 5.00 p.m. and Friday 5.00 p.m., your delivery will take place on the following Monday if you have chosen the Priority Post option, or on Saturday morning if you have opted for express delivery. Orders placed over the weekend, from 5.00 pm on Friday, will be processed the following Monday and delivered the following Tuesday.

Please note: Orders paid by bank transfer will be dispatched as soon as we receive payment and will be delivered the next working day.
