If you have paid by bank transfer and have not yet received your order, it may be that you have paid but that the payment has not yet appeared in our system.
In this case, please send us proof of payment by email so that we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible (E-banking payment confirmations are not valid).
Please also remember to quote your order number when making your payment. We may not be able to link your payment to an order. In this case, please contact us to let us know.
