When payment by invoice fails, you will receive an error code explaining the reason for the failure. This may be due to the following reasons:
- The billing address is not identical to the delivery address
- The delivery address contains typos or special characters not supported by our system
- You are not registered in their database or you have just moved house
- If you have ordered from us for the first time and have not yet paid your first invoice, it is necessary to pay your first invoice before you can recommend us.
- You are not solvent
