I haven't received my order confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

We are sorry that you have not received your confirmation e-mail. This is due to one of the two cases below: 

• E-mail address error: 

The e-mail address you entered when you placed your order contains a typing error. Unfortunately, the confirmation was automatically sent to this incorrect e-mail address. 

• Order not completed: 

An error has occurred during payment of your order. This means that your order could not be finalised correctly. Your order will not be prepared or dispatched because payment did not work. 

For customers with an account on KissKiss.ch, the status of your order is indicated as "pending" in your order history.
