Yes, it is possible to change or remove an item from your order as long as it has not already been prepared or dispatched by our logistics department.
To make a change to your order, you can send us your change either by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or by telephone +41 27 203 40 37 within minutes of receiving your order confirmation.
Please note that if you wish to replace one item with another, the price of the latter must be equal to or lower than the item you wish to replace. We cannot charge more than the initial reservation made when the order was placed.
