Yes, it is possible to cancel items from your order as long as they have not already been prepared or dispatched. To do this, please let us know as soon as possible which items you wish to cancel from your order by sending us an e-mail to the following address: contact@kisskiss.ch or by calling us on +41 27 203 40 37 during our opening hours (7.30am-12pm, 1.30pm-5pm).
Once you have canceled your order, we will immediately issue a refund. Payment will be made using the same method of payment you selected when you placed your order.
