How long does the right of return apply?

KissKiss.ch offers a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the products and undertakes to accept their return, provided that the products are undamaged, unopened and still in their original packaging (with control labels intact, not detached, torn or cut, etc.).

For any return of goods or cancellation of an order, administrative costs will apply. This fee amounts to 10% of the sale price of the product(s) taken back. This fee covers administrative and logistical costs. In addition, the cost of returning the product(s) is borne by the customer.

Attention:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of cosmetic products (lubricants, creams, cleansers, etc.) and replacement items.
• Due to customs complications and transport costs, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of products abroad (deliveries outside Switzerland).
