What should I look out for when returning goods?

You must ensure that the items are undamaged, unopened and still in their original packaging (control labels intact, not detached/teared/cut, etc.). 

If the following conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not take back the returned items. 

In addition, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
