Once your parcel has been delivered to the post office, it will be returned to us within a few working days. Please make sure you always keep a proof of posting containing the tracking number so that we can examine the case more closely in the event that we do not receive your parcel.
As soon as we receive your parcel, our customer service team will examine the returned product. If it complies with our returns policy, you will be contacted by email with details of the refund. If the returned product does not comply with our returns policy, you will also be notified by email.
