Is there a mistake in your delivery address? There are two possible scenarios:
- Order already prepared and dispatched:
If your order has already been prepared and dispatched by our logistics department by the time you notice an error in the delivery address, unfortunately we can no longer make the changes you wish to make.
- Pending order:
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, we can make any changes you wish, as long as you have not chosen the method of payment on invoice with CembraPay.
