No, you do not have the option of changing your delivery details once the order has been finalised.
However, we can do this for you if the order has not yet been dispatched. To do this, please inform us of your changes as soon as possible by e-mail to the following address: contact@kisskiss.ch
We will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
Orders placed with CembraPay :
For orders placed with CembraPay, we do not accept any changes to the delivery address, in order to prevent any cases of fraud.
Orders already dispatched:
For orders that have already been processed and dispatched by our logistics department, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make delivery changes as they are already in the hands of the Post Office.
