If your package is returned directly to KissKiss.ch, there are several reasons for this:
- Error in the delivery address entered
- First or last name not indicated on the letterbox/bell
- The post office has been instructed to return all parcels to the sender.
As soon as we receive your return parcel, our support team will contact you using the email address you provided when you placed your order. This email will contain all the important information. You will have the option of requesting a new shipment of your order, subject to delivery charges, or canceling your order, subject to cancellation charges.
