Can I receive my order by poste restante or at a MyPost24 relay point?

Orders in Switzerland: 

In Switzerland, if you choose credit card, Paypal, PostFinance or Twint as the method of payment for your order, you have the flexibility to choose between delivery by poste restante or to a MyPost24 relay point. 

To do this, in the delivery address, correctly insert the address of the relay point of your choice.

However, please note that if you prefer payment by invoice, delivery to a relay point is not possible, as we need your personal address for invoicing.

International orders: 

For orders delivered abroad, it is unfortunately not possible to have them delivered to a relay point.
