When you place your order, you can choose to receive your parcel either with or without a signature.
Delivery without signature:
If you have opted for delivery without a signature and the postal tracking number indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received anything, this probably means that someone has stolen your parcel. However, you can try asking your neighbors or your concierge to find out if someone else has accidentally received the parcel in your place. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this case, as we do not insure unsigned parcels against theft. You can also open a case with your civil liability insurance, as some insurances cover parcel theft.
Delivery with signature:
On the other hand, if you have opted for delivery against a signature, and the postal tracking of your shipment indicates that your parcel has been delivered but that you have received nothing, you can contact us by e-mail: contact@kisskiss.ch or by telephone on +41 27 203 40 37 during our opening hours. We will then immediately open a complaint with the post office to obtain more information about the delivery of your parcel.
