What delivery methods do you offer?

We offer several different delivery methods:

• For Switzerland
  
  • Standard Delivery (Priority Post)

With this delivery method, you can choose whether you wish to receive your parcel with or without a signature. This delivery method is completely free of charge. Delivery takes place on the next working day.

• • Express Delivery (Swiss-Express Lune) :

For a supplement of CHF 19.90, this delivery method guarantees delivery of your parcel the day after shipment, before 9 a.m., Tuesday to Saturday, and you can choose whether you wish to receive your parcel with or without a signature.

• • Pick-up at the depot :

You can also collect your order directly from our warehouse at Chemin Grély 17A in Sion (Valais).

• Outside of Switzerland

For orders outside Switzerland, orders are delivered by UPS Express at an additional cost (delivery time 2 to 3 working days).
