We are sorry to hear that your order could not be delivered correctly by the Post Office.
To track the status of your delivery, we send you an email on the day your order is dispatched with your tracking number.
You can check the status of your order by entering your tracking number on the Swiss Post website.
If the Post Office's tracking system indicates an unsuccessful delivery, there are several reasons for this :
- Either your delivery address is incomplete or contains an error
- You are not registered at the delivery address indicated, or your first and last names are not indicated on the letterbox or the doorbell.
When a delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us within a few days. There is nothing for you to do. As soon as we are in possession of your parcel again, we will contact you by e-mail to tell you what to do next.
