For products analysed as faulty by our support team and covered by the 2-year manufacturer's warranty, we undertake to systematically replace them with a new, identical item, unless this item is no longer available. In this case, we will offer you a credit note or a replacement product.
It is important to note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
