We are sorry to hear that you have not received the item you ordered. Any goods delivered in error or in excess must be returned to us immediately, or within 7 days at the latest. If the goods are not returned, you will be invoiced for them.
To do this, please contact our support team by sending an e-mail to the following address: support@kisskiss.ch.
In all cases, returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with the control labels intact and not detached, torn or cut.
