All our electronic products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Faulty products under guarantee will in all cases be replaced by a new, identical product, unless the product in question is no longer available, in which case a credit note or replacement item will be offered to the customer.
It's easy to claim your guarantee. Simply send us an e-mail to the following address: support@kisskiss.ch. Briefly describe the problem you are experiencing. You can also attach photos or videos of the faulty item to illustrate your concern. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information you need to return your faulty item.
Please note that the cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense and that items deemed not to be faulty will not be replaced.
