Once the faulty product has been returned and received by our logistics department, the fault is checked. When the defect is confirmed by our services, the replacement product is sent the same day.
In all cases, the replacement product will be the same reference as the one returned by you. Replacement by another product or a refund is not possible.
When replacement is not possible (particularly in the event of stock shortage), you will be offered a purchase voucher.
