We are sorry to hear that your sextoy has broken.
If your sextoy has been damaged in transit and you have received it broken, please notify our support team by sending an e-mail to the following address: support@kisskiss.ch. Please give us a brief explanation of the facts and, if possible, attach photos or videos of the damaged item.
However, if your sextoy becomes damaged after a few weeks of use, we will unfortunately not be able to take it back, as only the electronics in our sextoys are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty.
