Orders in Switzerland:
We offer a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of products. We accept the return of products provided that they are intact, undamaged, unopened and kept in their original packaging, including the control labels which must be intact, not detached, torn or cut, etc.
If an order has benefited from a free gift based on the total amount of the order, this gift cannot be exchanged.
Please note: It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of cosmetic products such as lubricants, creams, cleansers, etc., or to replacement items.
Foreign orders:
Due to problems with customs and transport costs, it is not possible to exchange items for orders shipped abroad (outside Switzerland).
