Can I exchange lingerie for a different color or size?

Yes, it is possible to exchange lingerie, as long as it is still in its original packaging (control labels intact, not detached/ripped/cut, etc.). 

To do so, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: support@kisskiss.ch and, if possible, attach photos of the item in its original packaging. Our support team will then contact you as soon as possible to provide you with all the information you need to return your item. 

Please note that the cost of returning an item is at the customer's expense.
